If it’s possible leave the city to the regions, not affected by the fire;
Try to avoid to be on open air early in the morning, and in the hottest part of the day;
Drink mineral water, fresh fruit juices, dairy products, oxygen cocktails, take polyvitamins;
Give the preference to fruit and vegetable diet;
It’s not recommended to drink soft drinks, alcohol;
Reduce the sport activity and physical training;
Wear natural tissues. Wash clothes and linen daily;
At the expressed smoke content in the air it is recommended to wear a humidified mask, wipe the open parts of the body by humidified napkins. If it’s possible avoid using cosmetic and perfumes;
Take a shower a few times a day (water temperature 30-35 C);
Avoid opening windows and doors, if it is possible cover closed doors and windows by humid tissues, wash the floor daily. When you leave the house don’t leave the windows open;
To people suffering from various chronic diseases it is extremely necessary to consult the doctor and to make correction of therapy for the period of air pollution.
